Image processing
Image lifecycle
Submitted images are transmitted to a third-party provider specializing in artificial intelligence processing, solely for the purpose of delivering the service. No image is stored on our servers or file systems. Technical metadata associated with files is removed prior to transmission. Once processing is complete, image data is purged from our pipeline.
Third-party processing
Analysis is performed by one or more third-party providers bound by contractual data protection commitments. Transmitted images are processed ephemerally and are neither retained, nor used for model training purposes, nor disclosed to third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for service delivery.
Data retained
Only the textual results of the analysis (scores, assessments, recommendations) may be saved at the user’s request. No images are retained by JamaisVulgaire. Any images displayed in the user’s history are stored locally on the user’s device.
User responsibility
By submitting an image, the user represents that they hold the necessary rights or authorizations and consents to its transmission to a third-party provider for analysis purposes. JamaisVulgaire disclaims all liability regarding the content of submitted images, including but not limited to the presence of personal data, sensitive data, or unauthorized images of third parties. The user bears sole responsibility for the content submitted to the service.

Service description
Sprezzatura provides automated outfit analysis powered by artificial intelligence. Results are editorial suggestions, not prescriptions. The tool does not replace professional advice.
Access and payment
Lifetime access is obtained via a one-time payment of €29 (launch pricing) or €49 (standard pricing) through Stripe. Payment grants unlimited-duration access, limited to 10 analyses per day.
Refund policy
You have 7 days after purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Contact contact@jamaisvulgaire.com.
Personal data
We collect your email address (for authentication) and payment data (processed by Stripe, never stored by us). Your photos are not retained. Your saved analyses are linked to your account and can be deleted at any time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (authentication) and a language preference cookie. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
Liability
JamaisVulgaire cannot be held responsible for clothing decisions made based on analyses provided by the tool. Results are provided for informational purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Exercise these rights by contacting contact@jamaisvulgaire.com. You can also delete your saved analyses directly from the app interface.
